There definitely is a mind-gut reaction,I have found stress can trigger bad stomach issues, I have tried to improve my diet, have lost 45 pounds, only drink occasionally 1-2 drinks, complete lifestyle change,i even have almost eliminated dairy which seems to have helped quite a bite,no more soft drinks either, just water, green tea, decaf coffee and a few glasses of wine a month, boring, but much healthier. Also I watch the fat content,no greasy food :)
