This magnificient animal did more in his short lifetime than 98% of the human population ever will!! It's horrible, however, to hear how harrowing his last hours were. Jake is truly Leader of the Pack in heaven. He's probably busy developing a new outreach program for dog angels. I hope he gets a chance to say hi to my beloved Pip.

This shows you that you never know what little hero may be hiding behind that little orphan dog's face, so take a chance and give him/her a home and you, too, may have a Champ on your hands. This dog lived an exciting life even if it was short, and he deserves a good time over the Rainbow Bridge.Noted.

May you rest in peace Jake, you are a true hero!!!! So many rescue dogs who have to search in the most harsh, dangereous and non healthy circumstanses are ALL heroes.
Beautiful Jake, you are in my thoughts.
