As you may be aware, we have made the difficult decision to close our shelter building. With the retirement of our kennel manager, it became too much to maintain. So, in order to keep Second Chance alive, we will be using foster homes...

It seems that the economy is taking so much down. Very sad for the shelter animals. I wish all the "boys" with the big money would take an interest in all the animals. Thank you Ginger
