Tampa Authorities Asking for Public's Help to Nab Person Who Buried Dog Alive

A two-year-old pit bull mix named Phoebe is recovering from a horrendous animal cruelty crime, and Florida's Hillsborough County Animal Services announced Wednesday they are offering a reward and asking the public to help.

Animal cruelty such as what was done to Phoebe is considered a felony and the responsible person could face more than five years in prison. If you have any information, you are asked to call Hillsborough County Animal Services at (813)-744-5660.

Diane, i thought this was a different view of the photo i shared on fb, and then updated could the same thing happen to 2 identical looking dogs? now i'm really confused...go figure ;-p
