This is def a step in the right direction....but I'd like to see tougher animal laws with sentences at a minimum of 5 years handed out to all vile animal abusing sadists. Thx Ginger.

Yes, this bill is different & it appears that it was the only one that passed. The Shelter Reporting bill failed & the Spay/Neuter Clinic bill failed.

WONDER FILLED!

Now, I hope they'll use the money to educate people in kindness to animals and to care for the animals' needs.

We are the Rainbow Warriors, Many people are part of us without even knowing it. The human heart that shares in the misery that they may change it into happiness.....that's what we're all about.

This is great news to hear! I wish all states would follow suit too. This is an example of why some states are better to live in than others.

This should apply in each and every country - and should have been implemented a long time ago. We need to alleviate the pain and suffering animals have to endure because of us.
