Yvonne Russell, President of Paw Tipsters in Manitoba, is looking for more than 50,000 Canadians to sign a petition that has been approved by The House of Commons. The petition's goal is to have Canada's first Animal Abuse Registry System.

This registry is needed in Canada and the U.S.. It's long overdue. I applaud Canada's efforts1

I wish all countries would have animal abuser registries. If you treat animals cruelly, or neglect them- then you are not allowed to have animals in your life. Seems perfectly just and fair to me.
