But more importantly, they put our pilots in danger. One pilot was herding some wild horses and, like always, was way above them and a good distance from them just letting them drift towards the trap. The three large helicopters came between him...

I would like to add this for a reference to who David Cattoor is:
In 1992, David Catoor was indicted by a federal grand jury for illegally hunting wild horses, aiding and abetting, rounding up American mustangs and loading them into trucks and selling them to slaughterhouses in Texas. Catoor pled guilty to two charges, and Federal law prohibits the use of contractors that have been convicted of a crime, yet the Catoor family is actively involved in the current roundups.

This link is Cattoors criminal indictment:

Isn't it revealing that the BLM mentions "special interest groups" who were there to film and observe as causing danger to pilots and stress to horses while leaving out the macho criminal antics of the Catoor clan? What has them so cozy and comfortable together? God, I hate the BLM. I hate those guys so much. So very very much.

I used to live in rural northern Nevada and am intimately acquainted with the problem. I have seen no better statement that that of the Sierra Club Nevada Chapter (link at the bottom of the article). Disclosure: I am a 40-year member of the Sierra Club.
