Great technology for those in outlying, rural areas in other countries are now possible. US does have satellite capability but it is costly for the average person. US continues to lag behind many third world countries with the speed and capability of internet services. I've often wondered why - Oh, I remember now, corporate greed and general stifling by internet service providers to "control" the internet.
