Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007" (House Resolution Bill HR-1955) on 23 October 2007, an amendment to Title VIII of the "Homeland Security Act of 2002" (6 U.S. Code §§ 361, et seq.), the fulfillment of our worst concerns, as stated above, have now come to fruition; particularly considering that the concensus is that passage of this legislation into (unConstitutional) "law" by the Senate is, to the complete detriment of this country and the entire world, a foregone conclusion. This, and all of the U.S. government's aforementioned actions, is and/or are a declaration of war against the American people by "their own" government!

This latest "law" essentially makes it "violence" and "terrorism" for U.S. citizens and others to believe in, promote and/or promulgate an "extremist belief system", and such an extremely broad definition can, is meant to, and will apply to just about anything, including non-violently standing up for, defending, protecting, and seeking to preserve the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Such a "law" is truly of such Orwellian (authoritarian / totalitarian / military - police - prison - state), dystopian (anti-utopian) and draconian (severe / cruel / tortuous / terrorizing / horrific / oppressive / repressive) dimensions that it, along with all of the other above-referenced "laws" that completely undermine and overthrow all civil liberties and/or Constitutional freedoms, rights and duties, throws all of us into a nightmarish, very-soon-to-be-reality where, unless We the People repeal and/or overturn all of these impositions of completely anti-American, anti-freedom, police-state totalitarianism, authoritarianism, oppression, and/or repression, we will quite rapidly see many thousands of non-citizens (which we are already seeing) AND MANY THOUSANDS OF CITIZENS (which we have already seen on a, as far as we thus far know, limited basis with such American citizens as Jose Padilla) alike being "disappeared" into "due-process-free" (without rights under Constitutional rule of law to fair trials, etc., in civilian courts of law, not "kangaroo courts" and/or military-mobster-operated, unjust tribunals such as "military commissions" hearings) government custody and internment, without continued citizenship if any (it being summarilly and/or automatically taken away by arbitrary edict and/or ruling of "kangaroo courts" and/or military-mobster-operated, unjust tribunals such as "military commissions" hearings and/or laws), without habeas corpus (being able to seek relief from unlawful imprisonment and legally demand fair trials, etc., in civilian courts of law, not "military commissions" hearings), without access to lawyers and communication with family and/or friends, without protection(s) from being cruelly and severely tortured and/or terrorized, and without protection(s) from being arbitrarilly executed and/or murdered for imagined or perceived "crimes" of which we will be presumed guilty, ALL OF WHICH ARE TOTALLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND IN VIOLATION OF MANY OTHER DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS!

It is by no means a mere footnote that the BushCON/NeoCONS, and their kissing-cousins the NeoLibCONS, all of which are one giant hunta-cabal of Neo-Lib-Nazi-CONS now running the U.S. government, who believe they supposedly rule the American people, and who think they can supposedly get away with not doing the will of the majority of the American people, are also ramming through further related, traitorous and unConstitional legislation as part of House Resolution Bill HR-1585, the "National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008", preparing for the declaration of martial law nationwide in the United States, suspension of U.S. Constitutional Rights, and the implementation of a permanent militarized police state in the "Homeland", eradicating all of the freedoms that the American people have stood for during the entire past 230-plus years!

All of the aforesaid "laws", already enacted or very soon to be enacted, and delineated throughout this entire article, are diabolically interconnected and are all part of a huge, highly coordinated and extremely aggressive effort on the part of "our fearless (betrayors)", aka treasonous traitors, to overthrow the Constitution of the United States; which, again, we cannot take lying down, and must non-violently resist with all of the True American Patriotism that is in us; and, if we haven't found that True American Patriotism is us as yet, we must find it and take a concerted, non-violent stand against ALL of these inroads of the corporate - neo - communist - theocratic - fascist overthrow and takeover of the United States of America and the world, and we have to do it NOW, EN MASSE, FOR THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MORE TIME TO WASTE!

Yes Wolf we were a Labor Country, because is was always for the people and the workers...My own Grandfather now deceased was a great Labor Politician here in Qld....I wish he and my Dad had lived to see them come back into power. Liberal and National Parties have alway been for the rich....they intended to give more money back by lowering taxes for those in the high income bracket if they got back in again...and nothing for those under $50,000 pa. So we have been blessed this weekend, by at least an honest result..Nothing the Coalition threw at us this past week especially with leaflets against Muslims, and the LIE about 13 labor candidates were still employed in Commonweath jobs which would have made them ineligbile to win their seat if they came in...So many LIES and finally Australians woke up from an 11yr sleep. Howard threatend that our Interest Rates would rise. with Labor...hah ..it has nothing to do with who is in power..that is the biggest lie to date..It is the Fed Bank who puts up interest rates but if he wants to blame someone blame himself..it went up 6 times in 2 yrs here....So many are losing their homes because of rising Interest rates here it is not funny..even the investors can't keep up as now we have a low rental market for those who can't afford their morgage...we have troops in a no-win war in Iraq ...we have been bought into Terrorism, since 9/11, and if we do have a Terrorist attack in the coming weeks we know who to point the finger at "Wolf" ..It will be Bush and Co because they have now lost Howard and Rudd is not as gullible as a lot think he is...he came into Politics 33 yrs ago...he comes with experience..and he is the first Qlder to win PM here in History...now we are wall to wall Labor..All state Premiers are Labor..so no more grovelling to the Coalition for money for our hospitals and education. All States have the same interest now...so money will be divided fairly for a change. Also I hope he rolls back the stupid IR workplace agreements that Howard bought in as no-ones job is permanent under them...You can go to work today and come home without a job tonight..no warning, no weeks notice...and also there is no Penalty rates here at present so if you work on a weekend or public holiday you get the same rate as a weekday...same with overtime...it sucks for the people who have lost jobs since that law came in. A friend of ours has lost his job 7 times this year alone...People put him on to do their catchup work and then as soon as he finished it..which he is a great worker, he was told to finish there and then..not even given the rest of the day to work ...go home you have done what we needed, so your job is finished...not a nice feeling for this family and many others here. NO JOBS WERE GUARANTEED under the IR laws Howard bought in.........we are well rid of him. As I have said before he can go to a deserted Island and join Bush in his retirement...they will keep each other company I am sure. Also PM Rudd visits Care2....he has messaged me often about global things happening here when I have emailed him...he was really concerned on the Nuclear weapons that had a ride the other month. I have his email if you want me to send it to you...message me an email address, and yes only Rudd could have written it as he told his Secretary what to write to me...and we became friends and his Secretary even told me there was a paid job waiting for me at the Election booth in our electorate, but I let it go to someone who needed the money more than we did...the family I spoke about above, will have a bit of money for Christmas now...as that Election day work and the counting pay good money. I am glad I gave it to them. I know we can afford Christmas for our family....now we know our friends can also have gifts for their young children too.

Wolf if he is a ringer then he sure isn't showing it..he came from the bush to politics..yes his wife is a millionaire because she built up a great company..but she sold it before the elections. Also the new member for our electorate here is a Lawyer and her Husband is a very respected Police Officer here..they will make a great team too...as they have in their job before yesterday.

Seriously, ALL of NOTHING BUT the VERY best! I just, for very good reason(s), don't trust any politician(s), not even Ron Paul or Kucinich! Look at how, with the way things are going in the world, the Dems here sold us out! You think Labor can't let you down?! One of my mottos is, "Hope for the best, and prepare for the worst"! As God's Word(s) said would happen, evil is being given more power now, in the very end, and it's taking over the world and most people! I see it every day, and it's not just, or even mostly, in the U.S.; but things are going insane everywhere, and it's going to happen all over the world! Pray like you've never prayed before!

Wolf ,Australia had Labor in Federal before Howard...people saw the high interest rates in the 80's as poor management of the Labor Government...that is why they lost power...otherwise we never had the problems that Howard created...eg heath...(A disaster)..Education (was free to all state school children before Howard too over) University was affordable for all..You got a loan from the Government and paid it off in Installments once you began earning $30,000 pa...not before and with no interest either. Terrorism was something that happened or involved other countries....not Aussies overseas being targeted. We also looked up to the USA as a country to lead the world...not now, but hopefully when you get rid of that Terrorist...OOPs I mean BU$H and get an Honest clean President....Not all Polliticians tell LIES. Some really are honest citizens...My suggestion is that ALL vote...like we have here in Australia ...it is compulsory here once to you turn 18yrs...USA doesn't need to make it compulsory...but if you DON"T VOTE...DON'T COMPLAIN about who those who did vote for Bush bought him in again...Only about 40% of Americans vote...but more than that are complaining about BUSH. If the USA wants a Leader they have to unite together like we did here in Australiia...if you don't vote for a major party..WATCH WHERE THE MINOR PARTIES ARE SENDING THEIR PREFERENCES...THAT IS CRUCIAL...don't donkey vote...the leading party here gets your vote anyway....But if you want a free America again you have to unite and vote...just uniting and complaining is not going to change things in America...Maybe I am lucky I grew up in Politics...it was also my best subject at school. I look for what the whole Party represents..not just what the Leader of the Party promises to give us in the Elections if they win power....Howard was throwing money out the window these past few weeks like their were no tomorrows....$500 up from $50 to Pensioners for Utilities. a yr. No tax if you are retired and earned as a couple under $300,000 PA or more...it was rediculous...as I said the rich woud get even richer and the poor would be even poorer. We have a good and fair Social Security here in Australia...no matter who is in Government...even the kids at school here if they have low income earning parents get $150 pf allowace to help them at school once they turn 16 yrs..goes up again when they leave home or go to Higher Education....Uni or TAFE....Unemployed get $600 pf over 18yrs for a single person....More for a couple...even more each fortnight for each child even if you are employed and goes down on how high above the threshold is by 40cent to the $. Women get $5000 for each birth regardless if you are single married or a Millionare as that has nothing to do with your Income...all Mothers get that for each birth..multiple births get double or triple or how many you have...is not taxable either. We are a lucky country, and always have been as far as no-one should go without food and clothing...unless they mismanage their money. Yes we have people who are homeless but usually because they have trashed a rental house and go on a registar nationwide to say they trashed the house or didn't pay their rent so can't rent for up to 6yrs once they are on the TIC register, unless some private person rents to them without using a Real Estate agent...they can only do background checks....Australia is a lucky country and we just got luckier with Labor back in. I am not worried about the future as much as I would if Howard had got back in. If he had handed over to Costello and stepped aside it would have been a different story this morning...Howard lost the Elections because he told so many lies and broke so many promises.

Oh, and remember, the NeoCONS are essentially "Labor" here! "Labor" is not a True Liberal, or True Conservative, party here like it supposedly is in the U.K. and Australia; and virtually all of the globalist one-worlder's are liberals, or NeoLIBS (corporate-neo-communist-theocratic-fascists one and all), like the Dems and the NeoCONS here! They purposely make it "complicated" so it's difficult to understand with the "false left-right paradigm", pitting left and right against eachother so there's little or no consensus unless it's false consensus among the government(s') "leaders", like what's going on here where it is really only a one-party system being made to look like we supposedly still have a two-party system, "choice" and "freedom" (falsely called "democracy")! The U.S. is supposed to be a Constitutional republic, NOT a democracy! The founders of this country hated democracy, because democracy is really a bad thing, like capitalism, as insidious as totalitarian communism, if not more insidious, and/or a bad thing, and just with the sham appearance of "freedom"; and that's why they set up "the best of all worlds", a Constitutional republic, where there is supposed to be more real freedom(s) than in a democracy! But now all of that has been intentionally engineered to be falling out of existence, and "the experiment in (so-called) 'democracy'" is over in the U.S., and by extension in the rest of the world as well, because what happens in the U.S. effects the entire world!

So "Labor", "corporatism" or "corporate-fascism" as it's known in most of the world, should NOT run ANY government, because it's one of the worst things that can run countries, for it does not care, and in fact in most case despises and considers freedoms a very inconvenient hindrance to "profit at all costs" and global dominance, and considers most people expendable! The corporate-neolibs of this world absolutely don't care how many innocent people they have to mass-serial-murder to achieve their obscene profits and globalist ends! They, as we are witnessing and experiencing now more than ever, are truly diabolical, and incredibly and/or extremely evil, in their juggernaut of greed and excessively callous, capricious bloodshed and mass-murder in the millions, as they steamroller over almost all of us! Thus, if you think "Labor" their is immune to corporate-fascism or corporatism, an a level of greed that controls the Howards' of this world, and that they won't sell you out like the corporatist Dems have here, then you're deluding yourself, similiar to how many if not most "Americans" delude themselves here! "Clinton will save us!" "Obama will save us!" "Kucinich will save us!" "Dr. Paul will save us!"... "Rudd will save us!" Well, if anyone beleives that, I've got a non-existent bridge across no where to sell them! Therefore, please don't hold any delusions or false hope about ANY politicians!

Rudd and "Labor" there may throw "the peasants" a few bones, put on a really good show, and make it appear that they're doing a whole lot more good for the "common people" than they really will; but, even if they do accomplish a great deal of real good for the masses of Ausies, eventually (and very soon) they will go the way of the Neanderthal rollback of the history of "advances", and destruction of all that is truly free, that is happening in the U.S. right now, and they will institute the communist-fascist control grid imprisonment, enslavement and repressive militarized police state nationwide there, and in the rest of the world, as well! Be prepared, and get ready! There is no utopia, and actually the exact opposite (dystopia) is, coming on earth! Oh PLEASE, Helen, don't give me that sorry old, b.s line, "Don't vote, don't complain"! Didn't you read the article posted here, I believe it was submitted by Lovebug, about voting as a narcotic?! It is not a panacea, Helen, especially now in the U.S., as the last three major elections were stolen, this last one in 2006 by the Dems this time; and, if we vote for ANYONE who commits evil(s) while in office, we who voted for them are complicit in and responsible for, and will answer and be held completely accountable for in the Day of Judgment, those evils that they commit(ed)! Politicians are ALL corrupt, or would very quickly be corrupted by the CIA-CFR-NSA-NSC, etc., or die here. Ron Paul, for instance, knows and has said that he knows that they could murder him at any time now, and that if he were to by some miracle win he would be dead very quickly!

Most "Americans" think all they have to do, or virtually all they have to do, is vote to be "responsible", to do their duty, and to do their part; and that they don't need to do anything else; thus the "narcotic" of voting lulls them to sleep, more into being "sheeple", and dumbs them down to the extreme of what they're doing right now while their republic and all freedom(s) are being destroyed right in front of their faces, NOTHING! Relatively very few are standing up and upholding, protecting and defending the Constitution, which is done with MUCH MORE than simply voting. And we CAN, SHOULD AND MUST continue to vociferously complain even if we don't vote! In essence, there are many ways to "vote", so to speak!

In other words, we CAN, SHOULD AND MUST "vote" in other ways by upholding, protecting and defending the Constitution in any and all ways we can! Voting is not even a logical and/or effective answer anymore, if it ever really was, at least here in the U.S. (for there is good reason to believe that just about all elections for decades have been stolen here), and we have much more of a responsibility and duty, and many more responsibilities and duties, to carry out than voting! You think the colonists "voted" their way out of subjugation to the British Empire 231 or so years ago?! No, they had to shed lots and lots of blood! The major elections and voting didn't come until later after they won their freedom from the extremely repressive yoke of British monarchy! And they vociferously argued and complained until they did what had to be done to gain freedom!

No condescension meant whatsoever, but are you truly, fully and completely getting what I'm saying?!

Yes Wolf I do understand what you are saying. But the fact is that everyone in established Countries who are allies with America, know that Bush stole the Elections...here it would not happen..Okay we only have 20 million Australian of which about 14 million can vote...and we only have 6 states and 2 territories, but every single vote is counted here by hand...we vote by hand here. We give our name at the polling booth and it is crossed off, we are asked if we have voted before on that day and if we have, and lie then we will be caught. We used to have a form you took with you to the voting booth and if you didn't have it you couldn't vote. That stopped people voting more than once in their electorate since here are several polling booths in each electorate...but we can watch the counting live from the tally rooms here. We can actually go there if we want too. I have been logged into the AEC (Australian Election Commission ) today watching the votes being updated. The only ones not counted this weekend are the Postal Votes. But the Election is won by the time they have counted a % of them as they go by the + or - that the Polls have been counted. Say there are 90,000 people in my electorate of Petrie, then by the time they have counted 80% if there is a gap of thousands, then we know they can call the poll as won by the person with the most votes. But they still keep counting. Our Parliament was dissolved 6 weeks ago, before the Election. So now our PM is Rudd, but not until he is legally sworn in my the Governor General which will be early in the week. He is calling a caucus for Thursday so he will be sworn in by then. Howard is gone, but his opponent will not call the vote yet because it is only a few hundred different...postal votes can make difference under those circumstances. I am happy go go and vote. If I had not voted for the Coalition last time then I would not have been screaming and yelling at what lies and wrongs they had done. I didn't vote for Howard...I voted for National which half of the Coalition. Labor is on its own, it is a one party group. Liberall/National make up the Coalition. Now even though Costello (Treasurer and Head of the National Party) won his seat he is standing down as Head of the National Party because he no longer wants to be PM if Labor gets voted out next time in 3 yrs. He will just look after his own electorate in Parliament and vote for laws etc. We have different voting rules and ways here in Australia to the USA. But sadly because of Bush and CO. countries such as Australian people no longer look upon America as a Leader anymore....not the people but Bush himself has caused that to happen.

Wow did I stuff up there...You can tell I have never been a liberal person. Always Labor or National....*as I crawl into a hole for such a stuff up* But I grew up in a Labor family with Dad and Granddad in Politics but Labor of course..........so forgive me for my mistakes with the Liberal./National Party mistakes..... 3 hrs sleep last night...is Sunday night here so need to get more sleep or I will really come unstuck ...lol

Wolf here in Australia ...Labor was always for the Working Class (blue collar) and Liberal and National were always for the RICH (white collar). That only changed after Hawke lost his PM. But Rudd is a new breed and he will look after ALL Australians as he has said in his acceptance speech...he is a man who grew up on the land....not born with a silver tongue or spoon in his mouth....and has worked hard to get where he is now. I really believe he is looking forward whereas Liberal has always looked back at what they say Labor didn't do for Aussies....the high Interest Rates of the 80"s which the Libs try to blame on Labor were because of a Worldwide recession and the Stock Market crash in the USA..at present our $ is the strongest it has been for many years, and I think that is because over the past 6 weeks since the Election was callled that people have been looking to the future .....and maybe spending here has gone up. But at 90cents to the US $ last week we have not seen in decades. Our major problems here are the price of Petrol...$1.27 litre here this weekend so that wil go down tomorrow as usual to around $1.20 on the early weekdays, and now Labor is in they are going to put a watchdog on it so that it will be capped instead of this price war we have at present......our car cost us $70 week to fill....if we wait until the end of the week which is when most of us get paid or use our cars on the weekend as most workers here in Brisbane either car pool or catch the train into work if they can....
