Cammie the cat, who already has five kittens to care for, just adopted two more babies. But the babies are not of the feline persuasion -- they're squirrels.

memories, used to have a baby squirrel, the mom died, my mom's cat didn't like it but my girlfreinds did & let it grow some in the house and slowly let it bound outside until it didn't come back, wow, nice memories, thank you

What a precious story and photo !!! It's hard to see newborn sqirrels or bunnies where I live. I have seen baby ones but no newborn. I think it's wonderful but I do hope the squirrels were brought to the vet pretty much immediatedly because I would worry a tiny bit about something being passed on. A very tiny bit because they are just born and wee little babies.

The picture and story are just too precious. I keep looking and reading.I'm ecstatic...

The more I learn about animal behaviour the more I love them-if possible to love them more
