Authorities rescued nearly 100 dogs and an estimated 125 rabbits from an unoccupied farm Friday. During a search of the site, the Olmsted County Sheriff's Department turned up what's described as a commercial breeding operation spun out of control.

what would happen if those USDA inspectors where held responsible for the abuse & death of the animals they where supposed to oversee???? would they not do a better job!!!
