Be honest. How often do you recycle that plastic water bottle? Are you one of the 88 percent who throw their bottle out? Collectively we are dumping 40 million plastic water bottles per day. Stop using plastic water bottles

WE recycle everyone of our plastic bottle.. my husband & I USED to run a Recycling Plant trying to educate the people ... but not many want to learn. & in the Recycling Containers have everything in it .. people NEED to be EDUCATED.. whether they want to be or not..its just for the Planet Earth so the landfill won't get full before its time.. IF more would .. recycle it would be better.. for everyone..thanks Micheal

You're welcome Deborah. I don't even use plastic for water bottles anymore. I bought a stainless steel water jug that I carry with me to work, school and on gigs(I'm a musician). Since I only drink lots of tea and water, it's easy to clean.

It's okay to drink tap water but it's better to get a good water filtration system in your home. It's something that I believe pays for itself over time.

I know I could get beaten up for saying this, but I don't drink bottled water. I like the jug I keep in the frig of regular tap water. Been drinking it for a long time and can't see the sense of paying for bottled, when half the time you read there is really no difference anyway.

-dehydration, is the main cause of most disease, and sickness.

- half your body weight in ounces, per day, of non fluorie water.

- plastic leaves a toxic residue, on whatever is in contact with it.

- especially in a Microwave ( Scalar ) oven

I don't need bottled water (thank goodness), because we have a well which has the best tasting water. We have a filter on the water tank to help purify it. Plastic isn't too good for drinks anyway because it just can't seem to get real cold. Away with plastic. Noted with thanks Michael.
