A federal appeals court refused Thursday to make a resistant Bush administration speed up a decision on whether greenhouse gases and global warming threaten public health and welfare.

Well, it is obvious we will go nowhere until the next president is in the whitehouse - and both McCain and Obama have strong climate change policies (but based on McCain's voting record, I think he would follow through - excep to promote nukes)...Thanks again Michael an important article :)

Nothing new under the Sun with the puke administration... They have essentially turned blind, deaf and dumb with Climate Policy - whoops, I forgot that "they" are blind, deaf and dumb with many things except for fattening their silver-lined pockets.

We do more here on Care2 to promote the green movement than the EPA! They are a totally ,instead of partially, corrupted branch of the Gov't. Anyone person or agency, etc. that is getting in the way of saving our planet should really know that the bad things that are"occuring" in their lives now is because they continue their destructive path against the Earth and Her inhabitants! Lets ALL wake up and start doing the right thing now, its fun and easy and free!lol. Thx Micheal!

What has happened to our courts? This shows the same flawed thinking that has led us to this point: nobody is accountable! The country has turned into a mental institution, with the inmates in the courts. All this makes it VERY difficult to concentrate on positive thinking. Thanks, Michael.

What are we doing about it? Population continues to explode, resulting in drastic increase in consumption of resources. I have no children, and plan on one child and adoption. We must be realistic about immigration.

We can buy electric cars, and wind, geothermal, tidal and wave are available for energy when we want to. Solar is beginning to come online, it has recently achieved parity in Hawaii.

How many people continue to eat meat three meals a day? How many people continue to go too fast on the highway?
