Juvenile chimpanzees beat adult humans in two different short-term memory tests, according to a study conducted by researchers at Kyoto University in Japan and published in the journal Current Biology.

No surprise to me. America has already forgotten the lessons of WWII and is now engaged in the same wars of aggression we fought against back then.

Heh, come to think of it, there are even a lot of Americans who have forgotten that the 2000 and 2004 elections were stolen, and plan to vote in 2008 because they can't remember what happened the last two times they voted. :)

My son attended Vocational Training School over this past Fall and Winter. One of his work sites was Crown Automotive where the pack parts for Jeep and Ford vehicles. My son's job was to count and put bolts in a plastic bag and heat seal them. He got angry with his job coach and told her a, "a Monkey can do this job." According to this article he was right.

Not only are chimps much strong than the average human, in some ways, they very well may be smarter.
