The Chicago Police Dept. has had a decades-old
reputation for being as corrupt as they come.
Civil rights?
What civil rights?

Thanks, Michael.

Absolutely correct, Tim. What is it about the administrators for America's third largest city that seems to promote/condone/cover up police brutality?

Thanks for posting this, Michael.

I have seen over the years that when a person is given the death penalty, he (or she) gets the help of the best attorneys for free. If he is just sentenced to prison even if it is for life, he (or she) does not get that same help. What is wrong with those attorneys? They don't think it matters if an innocent person is sentenced to prison as long as he (or she) isn't facing the death penalty?
