Every day across Africa, wild elephants are being slaughtered to meet the insatiable demand for ivory. Entire herds are being poached out of existence to supply the illegal trade of ivory carvings & trinkets in Asia. Please sign & share this petition.

The scale of illicit activity is staggering in places like Thailand. Poachers and organized crime syndicates there are making millions of dollars a year, turning this southeast Asian nation into the largest unregulated ivory market in the world.
After receiving signatures from the first 500,000 activists who signed this petition, Thailand Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra told WWF that she is considering banning the trade of ivory in her nation.
Sign today and urge her to declare a ban on Thailandís ivory trade.

To tell Thailand to stop their ivory trade is like spitting in the wind. Only international intervention will stop them.
