I love this! It is so thrilling when technologies are developed, and minds are pushed to their limits, to gift us with new information, an actual "first-time" photo! Just think...given a little more time, this will be an actual color photograph, and look like more than just some scratchings with a pencil! I can't wait!

Very exciting..!! I lived in Boulder Co in the 1980's and they had an electron microscope on the CU Campus... they had giant size blow-up's of different things photographed with it on the long hallway walls... love those electron microscopes !! Thankx for this imp post Dave..........
