Good! Shows that not all publicity is good publicity. As a chef, this guy should be a little more aware of food and where it comes from. There has been such a huge shift in attention on organic, grass-fed, free range, and all of that good stuff, hopefully this chef can start educating himself. We know whoever is raising these lions is not doing whats best for the animal, most captive wild cats are held in deplorable conditions and still are USDA certified.

Yes Colleen I would presume that is where they were getting them It's surprising too the amount of smuggled bush meat that enters the continental states. This is a small victory because this guy will try again. It's all about the almighty maximum short term profit.

If they really want to eat lion and have an ultimate dining experience they should fly over to Africa. They should hunt one down with their bare hands and kill it themselves. If they can do this before the lion takes them out, they deserve the meal. Otherwise, this is really crazy.
