The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Department is asked for help in finding the owner of a dog who died a horrible death. The animal which is believed to be a male terrier or terrier mix was found hanging by it's leash from a bridge

Noted - what barbaric savage could do such a thing - he/she knows who they are - I sincerely hope and pray that they die the most agonising and painful death.

Hearing stories like this brings out intense feelings of anger & hatred for these vile people who are so unbelievably cruel. Laws must be changed so that the punishment fits the crime.

I sure hope those responsible are found and punished severely since crimes against animals almost always lead to worse atrocities and the last thing society needs is more psychopaths running about. Thanks Dianne!
