appalling ! outrage ! An innocent animal was shot - no questions, no warning - shot with the intention to murder. I hope the Memphis police dept. are planning on paying for the veterinary care and the officer is ousted. People go into an uproar when officers shoot at people who are unarmed. What's the freaking difference ! O yes, I forgot - people are more precious ! UGHHHHH!

just curious - had the kid been a little older, who would pay for counseling for trauma for a policeman shooting less than a couple feet away from him & splattering him with the blood of his best friend? hmmm?
