Twelve severely malnourished dogs are currently in the care of the Herkimer County Humane Society after authorities seized the animals on Sunday reports Syracuse.com. The dogs were found on a property off of Route 28

Noted. How can anyone do this to an animal. And those dogs are so precious. What always scares me, is that these people are walking around loose, not safe to be around them animal or human.
