Hate nets, fishing lines and litter. Fishermen don't seem to care much where those nets end up. I wonder if there is a way to make them safer for marine animals, some sort of noise as warning maybe????

well it is far more shocking that the government still uses shark nets, which have been proven fatal to endangered wildlife such as sharks themselves but also dolphins and the like. moreover the shark nets are absolutely ineffective as they rather keep sharks trapped in a bay than keeoping them out, a phonomenon clearly illustrated by the fact that most sharks are caught on the inside of the nets rather than the outside. maybe it is high time to rethink our perception of sharks and the enire oceanic eco system and stop shark nets and the like.
