Dry organic tangerine or orange peel. Powder as needed and ad the powder to things like cookies or muffins. It is a wonderful flavor addition.

watching our primate cousins eat the peel should have been our first clue, nature is always right.

Your body tells you what it needs if you listen. If you find yourself craving things it is likely you are missing some mineral or something. I'm not talking about the sugar and refined carb cravings. That overrides natural cravings. You have to cut those out to really listen to your body. Iy will tell you what it needs.

the Chinese use picked orange rind it is suppose to be real god for you...but let's assuem the fruits are not sprayed
