Thank goodness for campaigns by groups like the U.S.-based Refugees International, an independent humanitarian organization that has been a leading advocate for actions by the governments of Bangladesh and Pakistan to end human rights abuses of Biharis! These people will now have the right to vote, become citizens, and participate in the rights of a city.

This is a wonderful, wonderful piece of news for Biharis. The article mentions this action will occur for a significant segment of the people, which means not all. I could understand their excluding criminals but I hope that all will be experience the end of human rights abuses they have endured for so long.
