No way...this is too good to be true! But i read the entire article and in addition to cancelling the slaughter,a shelter will be built to start the spay+neuter!! Okay i need proof of this shelter...hopefully someone can take footage of this miracle facility...thx a lot desanka 4 this news!

I hope they aren't just saying this to get animal rights activists off their backs and proceed quietly with killing. I doubt it. This is promising, great news!

With their hatred of strays I doubt this is true. Let's hope they are not telling us what we want to hear. Keep you fingers crossed for the strays.
