Oh dear God, I cannot even comment - what I would like to do though is go to that house, take that flipping evil bastard sob and string him up and beat him to a pulp. Poor poor dog, this is beyond unforgivable - I so hope and pray someone gives him a forever home with loads of love and kindness - this is what every animal on this earth deserves. Rotten filthy piece of trash - I am so bloody angry if I could get my hands on these people believe me there would be no stopping me. I would take out my flaming anger and frustration on the last one of them!

i went to BiH a few years ago. they, as much as the rest of the world, do not consider dogs and cats as pets. they are a nuisance in the streets. it was pretty sad and the only thing we could do was feed them for the short time we saw them.

Some people are so heartless it makes me want to scream. Wouldn't it be wonderful if that owner was forced to pay for Maks care and shelter until a furever home was found for him? Wish that law would be enacted worldwide.

What a heartless pair of low-life human trash. Perhaps in years to come, they will be discarded by their family and friends and perhaps they will then remember what they did to their pet. Shame on them, I hope Karma visits them soon.

Its disgusting whats going on over there I agree low life trash is only way you can descibe them Such heartless people the world should shun these people that are so cruel and horrific to their animals There is no excuse Time the government took some responsibility They should not let the animals be born in the first place if there is no one to look after them Time a s[pay neuter program was in effect and more money put in to shelters to help these strays

Only people can be so cruel. The human species is deeply flawed, yet most people use the word "animal" as a term of abuse. In fact it is a complement. To have ones cruel, or unpleasant, behaviour described as " behaving like a human", would be more accurate.

Not the dogs are the problem, we humans are! I think without this coldhearted Lady this man would love his dog still today. But he was too stupid and too blind to see how much love a dog can bring into a little family.
Foolish idiot!!
