The 'humans' in this world are way out of control. Whom ever did this needs to skip jail and go straight to the eternal spot underground. We have got to find a way to work for and PASS a one strike law. Not only will we help to protect animals from the evil humans do, but we will clean up society by getting rid of the future rapists, abusers, murderers and serial killers. If not now, when?

If you read down to the other news, it appears that two more were found that way. I hope that they can increase the reward. Sometimes, sickos like that will turn on each other just for the money.
