Of course, Ken Matthews is fed up of seeing the seals get fatter from eating so much so he'd like to shoot them all... What a human massacre if he did the same with his own species!

You know why he THINKS the seals are eating all the salmon? Because there aren't nearly as many salmon coming up river as before due to man's either poisoning of the rivers, non native species or other reasons! Seals have to eat too! Ken is just mad cause HE can't catch all the salmon! What a loser!

This happens in many areas... fishermen feel competitive with seals and kill some off. It doesn't seem to do anything else but abate those feelings. Yes, I agree, "Loser," and I agree with the statement above about humans poisoning the fish and creating their decline anyway.

Wow, for many years I have heard hunters say they have to kill deer to control the population because otherwise they will starve - now I read that fisherman want to kill seals because they are too fat. It just amazes me sometimes, the excuses used to justify killing - especially killing for "sport" or the thrill.

It is always what the human wants. That gives me the sh.., when will we learn, that animals have a right to be here too. If there are too many animals, give them the "pill". And no killing, but peace with the environment in balance. What about the human animal, it has taken over the planet and is killing it. STOP BREEDING! EVERYONE ON THE WHOLE PLANET!
