I am sorry, but there is no information contained in this Petition to help anyone. It looks like someone is just collecting signatures.

Daniel has no last name, and the mom that supposedly started this has no name whatsoever.
She goes by, as the Sponsor, "Member of loving a Convict."

A Mom would use her full name, and that of her Child. The story... Guards do checks every night. If this kids was not in his Cell they would have done a Cell to Cell search. It is not plausible that this story is true. There is no way to research with so few details.

I have tried to edit the "contents" of the original letter. It cannot be edited once signatures have been posted. If you, Electra know differently, please contact me at witchy@witchyswikkedgraphix.com to let me know how. I found that several sections are editable.. but the main text is not.

Just an update on Daniel. I was able to see him two weekends ago. Since we were able to get the 'contraband' charge reversed due to total lack of evidence (Daniel passed 3 tests) they indeed reversed that charge. I am now working on getting the other charges, from Monroe, La., investigated. They have absolutely NO proof that my son did any crime there. He was indeed picked up for a 'shielded' liscense plate and was later (3 days) slammed with other charges. I have since found out through investigation that the judge who was on the bench for the 'trial', and I use the term loosely, is not being investigated for some other shady dealings. I believe embezzlement and more. This just proves to me what type of character this 'judge' had.. none! I did want to mention that our pettiton was moved only because it could not be printed at Care2. These are some truly caring and giving people and I will always support them. The original text content of the petition can be edited. All you need to do is go to the top of any page here and put your cursor over the down arrow where it says my care2 on the right side of the very top of the page, a drop down menu will appear, click on my PetitionSite, once the page loads click on the manage button right beside the petition you would like to edit, once the page loads click on Edit Petition, now you should be able to edit the original text content of your petition. If you still need help please don't hesitate to ask.

Okay... I have just tried once again to edit the petition at the petitionsite.com. I allows me to type in .... but after saving and then clickin done editing... I go to view the petition... My added text is not there. I'm so frustrated. I hope that it isn't just my peititon that is causing this.... It still had the text... when I was in edit mode from the last time that I tried.... wasn't showing though. I tried cutting it out and pasting it at the 'end' of the petition to see if it would show then. It didn't! (sigh) I don't know what the problem is... but its damn frustrating. Thank you all for your help.

Long day! the comment above is from me, I just forgot to log into my own account before posting it... Anita is from Loving a Convict Organization and was kind enough to create the petition for me. I'm going to sleep now.. My brain did over an hour ago... Any help with that editing problem is greatly appreciated. I'm going to ask Anita to try to do it too... G'Night all........

What a terrific group of help you guys are...Rachel, prayers with you and since I had already signed, kept tracking this story, but am so behind and not on this site lately, just saw this message and jumped to see what was going on.

Had already signed, hope this great group of people can help with re-doing the petition!

Frankly, I don't know to much about it, but this site had a ton of terrific people that help each other.
