Munchausen by proxy follows a truly observable set of actions, making their child ill, in order to obtain attention for themselves. I have seen it. It is horrible to watch. It is provable with careful documentation. If you just have a child who gets ill frequently, it fits a totally different patter, so don't worry. Take you child to the doctor when needed and don't worry about this extremely rare form of abuse.
