After about 90 dogs were found abandoned in far southern Oklahoma, animal rights groups are again asking state legislators to pass laws to regulate dog and cat breeders.

Action is the antidote to despair.The question is not, "Can they reason?" nor, "Can they talk?" but rather, "Can they suffer?" noted. very sad .

At least the assholes let them free. And someome cared to call. They could all be dead instead.

How heart breaking for these little ones and all the others that are never even found. Oklahoma MUST take action to stop this, there are too many cases like this not to mention some of the horrid "shelter" practices. God Bless their little hearts, these stories always bring tears streaming. I do participate as much as possible in all the groups around me that are working overtime trying to make a difference for these little ones.
