This crap targets the poorest among us and makes their situation worse. We passed laws here in Ohio to stop their predatory practices. Now I feel we need to go after the Credit Card companies for their predatory practices and high interest rates. I pay mine off monthly, but most can't do that, and the late fees compound the situation.
