Hundreds of alcohol overdose deaths occur annually. There has never been a single recorded marijuana OD fatality. There have been no documented cases of lung cancer in a marijuana-only smoker, nor has pot been scientifically linked to any type of cancer.

Long past to decriminalize it. This former cop probably knows how our troops felt in Vietnam: it's surely no fun to fight a war you know you can never win, and that certainly describes our so-called war on drugs in this land of ours.

This is something god made not man but man likes to have control.OUR feds want control. We dont need to legalize something that is natrule it is and has been ours to do as we please ( BUT!) We let them have controle. Its not theres to control.All the marijuana smokers needs to just put it out there and not hide it.Its sad our fed, gov. would rather have alcohol in the white house something that kills our children. Our good old USA something to be proud of.And we worry about gay marrige. ( GO FIGGER )

MAN I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE ALWAYS BEEN LEGALE THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY AND WE CAN'T DO WHAT WE WANT IF YOU CHOSE TO DO ANY KIND OF DRUG YOU SHOULD BELOUD TO OTHER COUNTRYS HAVE MADE ALL DRUGS LEGALE AND THE CRIME RATE IS DOWN TO NOTHING AT 2 TO 5%

illegal. Pharmaceutical companies, oil companies, timber and clothing companies... they have messed with our lives for too long. Time to REALLY be a free country!
