After the massive recall of 143 million pounds of beef from a Southern California meat company in early February, supplies of beef purchased under the National School Lunch Program are back to normal to the relief of cattle groups. Schools to trust USDA.

I'm teaching my granddaughter that meat isn't something you have to eat.
She only eats at school when they have cheese pizza.
Personally I don't trust the USDA, Prions are in all meat.
