For nearly two years, foie gras fans in Hogtown slipped into "duckeasies" to indulge in a banned delight. That all changed Wednesday when Chicago's city council repealed a prohibition on the sale of the fatty duck liver dish.

Oh you gotta read how friendly this town is:) Poor guy, all he did was catch a ball:) I'm not a sports fan so when this happened, I knew people were stupid but chicago took the cake on this one too.
