Bottom trawlers, longlines and gillnets allow fishermen to catch unsustainably huge amounts of fish and other marine life. The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has proposed a rule to combat this practice that falls short. Tell NMFS to do it right.

Why do we the public have to constantly point out why their proposals are flawed? Doesn't it seem like all these very "educated" individuals could get it together long enough to do this right??? Or, is it just that they listen to the lobbyists first...whoops...answered my own question. Thanks for link, Tom.
