At least 40 protesters were arrested Thursday after police were called in to dismantle a two-week-old blockade. Protesters were trying to stop seismic testing at the site of a proposed shale gas development.

Thank You Phil for the article and pictures. I still stand with the indigenous people and their supporters. I feel the real truth of this clash with the RCMP will not be revealed. For a judge to put an injunction on a peaceful movement on the peoples own land was just plain wrong - and like I said before, I feel the Government of N.B. wanted these people out of the way as they are hoping to make money on the gas extracted.
