VeriChip Corp (US) has gained FDA approval to implant RFID microchips in humans. But animal studies show a cancer-microchip link. Cancer specialists consulted said they would not allow themselves or family members to be chipped.What are the dangers?

I think the chipping of domestic pets,cattle etc was just the pilot programme - see if it works then chip humans. There's no doubt in my mind Denise that 100 years from now, humans will be running around with chips in their arms, being scanned in supermarkets, petrol stations, hospitals etc. Kill us, monitor us,control us.

I'm afraid you're right, Kim, except that it won't be 100 years from now, but more like five or ten or so.
