We could learn a lot from those two. But I doubt we will. We've shown little tendency so far to care much about anything but ourselves. But that IS the way it should be, all the time, everywhere. It might be a lot, but I hope they can stay together, forever friends in a forever home.

So sweet, but so sad.. Encourage everyone you know to stop buying purebreds, who have far more health problems, and got a shelter dog. The seem to know that they have been rescued and their gratitude shows.

We do not need any research in order to show us that hugging (and laughing!) can help heal disease, sickness, depression, loneliness, stress and anxiety.
Thanks for sharing.

Awww, how precious are these two beautiful animals who should never have been in a shelter in the first place. So happy for them now that they have a home together.
