Alliance for the Wild Rockies, Friends of the Clearwater and Wild Earth Guardians filed a lawsuit Thurs. in federal court in Montana against the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service for delisting wolves in Montana, Idaho & portions of Utah, Washington, and Oregon

Thank you Michele for this news at site....I AM APPALLED that these wolfs were taken off the Endangered Animal List. Take off some Politicans with the $$ in their pockets and --- UMMM I do have so ideas!

guys. I'm told all delisting is not done by a pannal of envirnomentlaists, and civilans.
they use some type of math to count wolf numbers. if a pack has around 7 members, and they collar the alpha, if they have 10 collared alphas, then they can assume there are 50 to 80 wolves. if a pack contained 5 to 8+ members. then they need to account for those children wolves who grow up and make their own pack, and are not collared, or collars that fall off.

that is how they track
