Last week a judge in Palm Beach County ordered that a Palm Beach Gardens boy and his mother be permanently barred from owning or possessing animals. The judge also awarded custody of the woman’s two dogs and two cats to the county. The ruling closed a disturbing case of sexual abuse of animals.
Prosecuting the case was made more difficult by the fact that bestiality is not expressly illegal in Florida. Legislation that would have prohibited sexual contact with animals failed to pass during this year’s session in Tallahassee. Despite video evidence that the 17-year-old boy had sexually assaulted at least one of the dogs, the county’s chief veterinarian and other experts had to testify in court that the dog suffered during the attack.
You Can Help
Bestiality is explicitly forbidden in 80 countries and at least 28 U.S. states, but not in Florida. Legislation to outlaw the sexual abuse of animals will be reintroduced next year. It is not too early to contact your state representative and state senator and urge them to support legislation to strengthen Florida’s animal cruelty statute and give law enforcement the tools they need to combat this disturbing crime. Please let us know if you receive a positive response.

As both a new lawyer and a new assistant state attorney in the state of Florida, I would like to urge you to support legislation strengthening Florida’s animal cruelty statue and specifically outlawing bestiality. Crimes against animals should not be overlooked or cast aside. It is crucial to have precise legislation criminalizing such behavior in order to effectively prosecute these occurrences. Thank you in advance for your help in combating violence against animals.

There was a thread here not too long ago dealing with bestiality in the US where there is no law against it either and the comments from some of the people who thought it was allright to have sex with animals made me want to throw up.

This is what happens when people abandon their believe in God and the Holy Scripture and play footsies with the Devil - they become devils themselves.
Sorry for the preaching bit - but the Bible speaks repeatedly of the abomination of people "laying with animals"

Yes, it is sickening and disgusting and this is happening everywhere, not only in Sweden and in the U.S. Years ago I saw a program on television, about a group of people, living in the U.S., who are convinced that the animal loved to be abused in this way and that there was nothing wrong with this... Not only dogs were abused, also donkeys, horses... Some sheperds abuse their sheep... You can buy porno with sex with animals... Can we stop the insanity of the human race?

People will tell that lie, Suzanna because they are so guilty. They have told that lie about women enjoying rape for how long, why not say it against animals and children too? How a government can turn from seeing rape in any form as wrong amazes me. The people responsible for running a country! Look who's hands our futures are in, sexual and bloodthirsty maniacs!
How can this not be wrong in America, a country so proud of it's Christianity? Aren't our laws based on Bible laws? My country is constantly in an uproar over other countries and the abusive acts committed against the defenseless, but what do we have to be so proud of? Fur farms? Slaughter houses? Trophy hunting?
We are disgusting every bit as abhorrent.

Yes I know, Sheila! Mankind should not use the word "civilization" at all, because we have a long way to go. And even, when a human is non-religious, were is their consciousness?? Abuse of children (rape, war, slavery), abuse of animals (fun, pleasure, torture, superstiousness, culture, religion). As long as there are people who use these sick excuses to do wrong, mankind should leave the word "civilization" out of their dictionary.

Totally sickening. Yes I have seen porn tapes available with people having sex with animals on them. I once saw a talk show, I forget which one, that had a woman on there with her dog that she admitted to having a sexual relationship with. She claimed that he really enjoyed it. On the same show they had a man that was legally married to a horse. He described what an "amazing sex life" he had with this horse, his "wife". Sick!!

Just like necrophelia, bestiality is one of those behaviours that humans actually have to tell one another they cannot do. The fact that some humans see no limits on their own bad behaviour is truly disturbing, especially when you think about the fact that they are abusing beings who often have no rights or cannot defend themselves or fight back. Disgusting.

Not long ago, there was a story here about people using Baboon's as pro's. Hirering them out to have sex with people. They dressed them up for heavens sake.
