This week, every anti-choice group in the country is pulling out all the stops to derail health care reform. For example, right now, Catholics are being asked to contact their legislators, telling them to alter current health care legislation to include

Freedom to choose is an American Right. I truly do not feel anyone or any government has the right to tell me what I can or can not do with my body or health. My decisions and actions are between myself and my God and my family. It is Absolutely NO ONE ELSE'S business to make judgments on or legislate my life in this regard. I believe God put me on this earth to care, love and learn the lessons of life not to be my "brothers/sisters judge" when dealing with personal and private decisions for anyone's life, although I will ALWAYS try to be there for any support they may need. imo, That is my biggest job on this earth, to help and care, the judgment is up to God.

I oppose hyprocrisy! Hyprocrisy is worse than heresy. May God damn those who oppose abortion and do not protect mothers, offer reproductive help for the poor, help single mothers adopt their child.

Actions speak louder than words. Ask your local abortion protester when was the last time they adopted a child.

Done. Thanks Tierney. It's time for people to stop treating medical care like it's public or religious business -- it's not. My medical care is not subject to majority rule or a vote. If so, I'd like to voice my religious objections to all the medical care Dick Cheney gets, and my religious objections to heart surgery for men who want to dictate women's health decisions. I also have religious objections to those treatments and drugs men get for ED. Just my 2 cents, of course. If we get to vote on other people's access to medical care, then I want to dictate MY share of decisions to MEN!!

Just when I thought womens rights to their own bodies were safe the "men" in the position to say no (politicians) are still patroling the bedrooms of the world. What's going on with these politicians, they can't have something they want, they'll take away something you have, control over your own body. For Heavens sake are we going backwards in this type of issue?! Don't cover something for women as a preventative, but promote and cover something for men to make her even more needful of the prevention.

I wonder if they'd have the same standpoint if men had to be preggers and often be the sole caregiver?
