I am sorry, Tierney, but I do not sign Change.org petitions. Twice they they have turned my email address over to so many other orginization that I had to close two email accounts that were so completely inundated by solitcitiations.

i agree that there should be harsher penelties for these crimenals...but i also think that there should be somekind of law passed that could help those victims. the victims get treated so badly and used by so many different agenceies its just cruel! they are the ones that need us the most!
