Thanks for info, signed. Deciding to reopen this horrid trade is going to be a huge mistake. The ivory trade needs to remain illegal, or we will have no elephants and walruses left. Here's hoping we can help...thanks, Naresh.

If the Chinese can believe that the wearing of Ivory brings good luck and Ivory artifacts are meaningful in their homes, then maybe these gullables can be seduced into thinking that the bark of the banyan tree and its roots are equally important. I feel that some good old Chinese brainwashing is required to get them away from our elephants and tigers !!!!

Thank you Naresh! You are right if you stop the buying you can stop the killing!
I dont like Cites for they are responsable for the death of thousands and thousands of realy endagered species....Many people think that endangered species are being protected...think again.
We need to realy protect all endangered species!

Thank you Naresh, petition already signed. Allowing China to trade ivory is as good as putting the elephant guns in their hands.
