I no longer get migraines like I once did. But I still get headaches once in awhile. My husband works with a guy who gets the cluster ones and suffers terribly. Sometimes he is out of work for a week or more. This is very interesting with the different types. Thanks Annelies.

I have sinus headaches here in NC every now and then. But when I lived in Dayton, OH they were a LOT worse. Ohians refer to Ohio as "Sinus Valley"! LOL

very interesting and helpful. I've never been diagnosed, but after my car accident I had such horrible headaches.

My husband has had cluster headaches since he was 23. And as mentioned in the article, he is a smoker. Change in climate usually triggers it. They mostly happen in February but sometimes in the September.

I used to suffer terribly from migraines - but after 5 accupuncture treatments in 1977, I never had another one to this day.

I used to suffer terribly unti I noticed I was dependend on pain killer - thanks to an article in a magazine. I cut them cold - an low and behold after 1 month of horrid pains - I am now at a once a month and even that!!

i use to get migraines very bad but now that i stay home and don't work any more they don't seem to come as often thanks for the information there was alot there
