Judge David O. Carter posted his adjudication. There was a Motion to dismiss put forward by the
attorneys representing the Justice Department and Barack Hussein Obama, which motion was denied.
The case as to Mr. Obama's eligibility shall now proceed toward trial. This includes but is not limited to:
Articles of Discovery wherein all matters pertaining to Barack Obama's Birth Certificate, College
Transcripts, Employment Records, Housing and Residence, Passports, etc. shall be subpoenaed and
ordered to be brought forward for review.
The decision by this U.S. District Judge is profound on several levels. I doubt, however, government‐run
media will have any reference to this ruling or the actions pertaining to this case.
There is a clock ticking, and I can't help believe Obama, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senate
Majority Leader Read know there is a clock ticking. Not only in the matter of Mr. Obama's
Constitutional legitimacy for the office he currently holds, but also because WE THE PEOPLE are waking
to the reality our country is being taken away and recast in a mold counter to the Founding Father's
vision, our Heritage and culture, and the Rule of Law our Nation has stood on from inception.
There is a clock ticking in this law suit. So ramming as much "change" as humanly possible makes
sense in the event sufficient evidence is found to proceed with Impeachment of the President. I

assist Attorney Orly Taitz. Since that time, associates close to the case have kept me informed so I have
enjoyed watching the proceedings from a closer seat than most.
This was the situation with regards to my releasing the information from which you referred. Try
accessing Dr. Orly Taitz website: Barnett v. Obama You could also access Alan Keyes Many times, as fast
as information is posted on Attorney Taitz's site, the site crashes and we have known three occasions
where the site was sabotaged to keep information from being accessed nationally.

This is from the link above to the Orly Taitz case, and she is a loose cannon, but there are other cases.

The court's decision, excerpted by the Washington Independent, says the suit was brought in "bad faith," and calls Taitz's legal conduct "willful and not merely negligent."

(Oct. 27, 2009) — During the last 14 months, American citizens motivated by their desire to see the Constitution upheld as the Supreme Law of the Land, have undertaken many disparate and individual actions to demand proof that Barack Hussein Obama met the constitutional requirements of the office for which he ran.

Two such actions are the cases of Kerchner vs. Obama, in New Jersey Federal Court, and Barnett vs. Obama in California Federal Court. The former case was dismissed, when Judge Jerome B. Simandle denied the plaintiffs had standing to bring suit, and jurisdiction to rule in the matter; the latter awaits Judge David O. Carter’s decision on the Motion to Dimiss submitted by the Department of Justice attorneys defending Obama in that case.

Today, Commander Charles F. Kechner, Jr., U.S. Nav., Retired, who has already indicated that he will appeal Simandle’s decision, issued a public statement in support of the plaintiffs in Barnett vs. Obama.

The basic problem remains. Why is US taxpayer money, $1.6 million being spent by the Department of Justice to prevent Obama from having to show valid documents proving he is "natural born"? Judges are dismissing cases by claiming the plaintiffs "have no standing". An American citizen has "no standing" in a US Federal Court to ask that a man show his qualifications to hold the highest office?

There is something very, very fishy going on.

Funny how not a one of you was up in arms about McCain being born in Panama which was NOT a US territory at the time. Thus, he was ineligible to run for President at all. Obama's birth certificate has already been verified. You people are the same right wing nuts who thought Bush was God while he raped our Constitution, our freedoms, our rights and pillaged the national treasury all while breaking untold numbers of laws. But, gee, ain't he swell?

I don't agree with everything Obama is doing or not doing, but he sure is a damn sight better than the blatant criminals that Bush, Cheney and many of their administration were and still are.
