Good! She deserves worse than this for killing her own child!

I try really hard not to believe in the death penalty, but sometimes I think there are just no other choices. This poor child did not deserve this! No child does! Whatever happened to love, honor and protect? I just don't understand it.

For the life of me, I will NEVER understand how any parent {mother or father} can take the life of their own child! What a shame, and a waste of an innocent life.

It's despicable, & these type people are not worthy of having the "GIFT" of a child!

Thank you gi na li i Terry for this article, noted w/sadness for the baby, may he R.I.P. in the arms of the angels now. No more pain...

15 to life? They need to skip and go straight to the "LIFE" sentence, no if's and's or but's about it!

I keep writing there are wonen & men
who are not fit to be parents.

To minimize or try o prevent this in
the future age appropiate parenting
classes should be an addd course
in all school from kindergartden to
12th grade.....And no diploma unless
the student can pass a parenting test.

I won't have read what happened to
this dear child for I've already read
five years worth here on Care2 &
other places

It tear me to shreads over what
some humans can do to their own.

There ought to be a law on when a
person can have children,

We do seem to live in an era
of disposable children.

Teach your children well & plant trees for life.........

P.S. And......Evidently there are far too
many teeny boppers & young adults who
are playing house with no knowledge on
how to parent if the girl/womanchild
should get pregnant.

Far too mny young people assume they
know enough or will learn along the way
on how to be a parent. And, many do not realize
they will parent as they were parented.

That is not ggod enough & surely not
knowing will kill many babies anway.

So, what on earth is wrong with telling
or making it even mandantory to be
required to take parenting classes in
schools?

Isn't the parenting class requirement better
than a hundred dead babies/toddlers way
down the road?

Plant trees for life........

B. M. I totally share your sentiments, and I have been saying the same thing for years. These young people think they are all grown up and mature enough to take on life's most important job, and all too often they are not!
Having said that, I feel that those who have responded to this post may have overlooked the possibility that the wrong person was convicted of this horrible crime. The article did not say much about the mother's boyfriend. I'm just thinking that maybe the police, and the prosecutor may have rushed to judgement and not investigated thoroughly enough whether the boyfriend was the one who killed this poor child. I'm as outraged by the killing of children as anyone, but let's be absolutely certain that it is the actual perpetrator who pays for the crime. It's important to remember that police and prosecutors don't always put much effort into getting the guilty party. They often would rather go after who is the easiest to convict whether they are guilty or not. It would not be the first time that the wrong person has been convicted. Let's not forget that.

Thank you Charlie.

Over the past five years I've commented extentsively
so many times on the boyfriends in these situations.

For those not familiar with my thoughts on the boyfriends:
The only thing the boyfriend cares about is a tempoary
roof & bed to fall into. And, he wants you there to warm
up & set the bed on fire in the wee hours of the night,
you are his sexual torch!

The child you had by another manchild means not a
damned thing to him. More often than not the baby/
child is someone to abuse in too many ways.
Beatings, verbal abuse & all to often sexual abuse is
right there for him when you step out or away.

Keep in mind you are his bedwarmer & the child
is a nuisance to bat around. And, more often than not
these menchild are ill educated, low tolerance level
tempermentally & usually shack up with women
who fall into the same category.

Remember this:
your dreamin' & he's schemin.'"

If you want to live with a manchild "GET ON THE PILL".
Or, if you are living with a manchild &
have a child "GET OUT OF IT BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE."

Plant trees for life........

Jail? Let's sell her assets into white slavery instead! Jail and death are way too good for her. Noted and thanks. May the goddess Bastet embrace this sweet child as one of her own.
