Sad but true....people need a law to change something when they could choose to do this themselves.
Take the US for example....I stand in line and watch one person after another use plastic bags. Like they are asleep. They are asleep. How many reading this right know choose "paper or plastic". Shame on you!
Pretend neither of those exist and get your highly processed foods home by some other means. Be creative!
And thank you Terry for letting us all know Mexico is awesome for doing this.

ALL STORES STOP GIVING PLASTIC BAGS OUT - TAKE YOUR OWN BAGS - USE CARDBOARD FOR HEAVY LOADS OR IF SHOPS NEARBY GET A PUSH ALONG TROLLEY THESE MAYBE FOR ELDERLY BUT THEY WILL SAVE YOUR < BACK >
