Thanks Terry, sad story. The terrible acts some people do, we are suppose to protect but sometimes evil slips through our fingers and many times these evil doers do get caught. Lets hope this one does too!

This is so disgusting and children are supposed to be protected by adults. This is a sick planet. Hope whoever harmed this little girl will get his bad and sad day!

"There is still somebody out there that needs to be found that did this to this girl," said Bullock.

DEFINATELY!

WE NEED BETTER WORLD LEADERSHIP INVESTED IN PREVENTING THIS KIND OF TERRORISM within a HOME COUNTRY by usually a citizen of that nation!

WE DO DESERVE PREVENTION of SUCH ATROCITY to EVERY Man, Woman and CHILD!

HEALING of such VICTIMIZED LIVES must also BECOME A PRIORITY!
PRIORITY!!!

...not the common USA theme of HARASSING victims that REPORT crime... and let's NOT PRETEND it doesn't happen... IT HAPPENS to RAPED VICTIMS in the USA at far too common a PRACTISE... along with REFUSAL of PROTECTING the VICTIM further from the PERPETRATOR(s)... RIDICULOUS!
RIDICULOUS that a WOMAN betrayed VIOLATED is "asked to consider moving" INSTEAD OF HUNTING DOWN the GUILTY CRIMINAL with a VENGEANCE and PROTECTING HER LIFE... or CHILD(ren)... or WHOEVER else includin Man and or animal.

THESE PREDATORS are MORE THAN NEGIGENT.
WHY be a society that "winks" at such crimes... and sends "LIP SERVICE" notes out to victims INSTEAD of DEMANDING CHANGE and TOLERATING NOTHING ELSE and NOTHING LESS in the "CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEMS GLOBALLY"!

VICTIMS are ALSO NEVER SUPPLIED 100% RECOVERY AND HEALING from these type of PREDATORY and TERRORISTIC CRIMES although DESERVE THAT HEALING and much much MORE from society!

THE CHILD... SHE DESERVED PROTECTION and OTHER LAW IN PLACE THAT MAKES these PREDATORS TREMBLE at the THOUGHT OF DARING SUCH VIOLENCE and more than likely SHE and other VICTIMS that have SUFFERED SINCE her ANGUISH... and those PRIOR TO HER TORMENTS... would NOT have KNOWN such PERIL!
