It is so hard to have our Elders who have such talent and who mentor our youth so beautifully, pass on into the Spirit World. But at the same time, it is a sign to us to treasure our time with our living Elders much more dearly. Also we are reminded to help other families who have Elders with vulnerable health or with special hardships and challenges.

Michael Kabotie has left a legacy which should comfort those he left behind!This is a sad day for those who mourn but we can appreciate his talent and offerings for many years to come. May Michael rest in peace and his loved ones know a healing!
